Budgets, forecasts, margins, pricing, profitability, cash flow, dashboards, financing applications: my role is to transform sometimes unclear subjects into simple, readable, and useful tools.

I have several years of experience in management control and in financial and administrative management: budgets, margin monitoring, cost analysis, reporting, cash flow, relations with the accountant, banks, and partners.

One of my strengths has always been the link with operational staff: understanding concrete challenges, listening to on-the-ground constraints, translating needs into figures, and then building tools that genuinely help in decision-making.

I then created ROMATIC, a French organic infusion and herbal tea brand, developed from A to Z: product offering, pricing, margins, e-commerce site, content, acquisition, inventory, production, forecasts, and fundraising.

With ROMATIC, I also got hands-on with operations: sourcing plants, suppliers, inventory management, recipe assembly, batch tracking, organic compliance, packaging, shipping, and making trade-offs between quality, cost, available time, and profitability.

This dual experience allows me to understand the figures, but also the reality on the ground: costs that spiral, prices that are difficult to set, margins that are too low, inventory that ties up cash, decisions postponed due to lack of visibility.

I can help build or take over forecasts, analyze your margins, create a simple dashboard, prepare a business plan, track project costs, structure an offering or production, and help prioritize important decisions.

I am not looking to produce "pretty" but useless documents. I aim to produce tools that are truly useful: for making decisions, securing funding, managing, correcting, or moving forward.
