Budgets, forecasts, margins, pricing, profitability, cash flow, dashboards, financing applications: my role is to transform sometimes unclear subjects into simple, readable, and useful tools.

I have several years of experience in management control and in financial and administrative management: budgets, margin monitoring, cost analysis, reporting, cash flow, relations with the accountant, banks, and partners.

One of my strengths has always been the link with operational staff: understanding concrete challenges, listening to on-the-ground constraints, translating needs into figures, and then building tools that genuinely help in decision-making.
