As both an entrepreneur and a teacher, three issues guide my actions:
- Documenting and promoting the involvement of populations in food production, and demonstrating how this improves the food resilience of territories;
- Approaching engineering from a decolonial perspective to raise awareness that our technologies still rely on North-South power relations;
- Introducing systems thinking to highlight the social and environmental consequences of using these same technologies, as well as the risks they pose to our societies, in order to facilitate problem-solving.
