Julien Pichard

Trained at ESEC, I first worked as an assistant director before moving into production, writing, and directing. In 2005, I co-founded TransKom with Jérôme Gallioz to produce formats at the intersection of creation and commission: communication films, auteur documentaries, and unique audiovisual devices.

In parallel, I launched La baraque à films to support more personal projects: short films, web series, creative documentaries, and feature films. I co-wrote and co-directed La vie rêvée de David L., a first initiatory and dreamlike feature film, which won several international awards. I also produced Nos voyages invisibles by Xavier Ameller, a feature film also broadcast on Amazon Prime..

I also compose under the name Sinusoïde, an introspective musical vein blending electronic textures, organic atmospheres, rock, and jazz.

Through projects like Bienvenue dans la réalité (a socio-economic critique with an incisive tone), the cult web series Hello Geekette, or the developing mini-series Fakebusters, I explore compensatory narratives, identity flaws, and self-fictions.

Between free creations and tailor-made productions, I always seek to reconcile formal rigor with attention to meaning. It is this narrative and aesthetic rigor, inherited from fiction and documentary, that I also bring to my corporate clients.

With TransKom, for 20 years, I have been supporting companies and institutions in creating high-value-added audiovisual content: recordings, portraits, training, HR or CSR formats. Among these clients: Hermès, Essilor, Eramet, Arval, BBGR, Banque de France, DBV Technologies, Engie France Réseaux, Fichet-Bauche, Hopeful, La CGT, Puiforcat, Parango, Saint-Louis, Symbiosis Consultants, Tereos, and others.
