MY ROLE AS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT EXPERT:
- Help entrepreneurs structure their business in the best way
- Be able to evaluate and visualize its profitability at all times,
- But also help the business leader break their isolation;
- And support them in answering their questions:
- What is the cost price of their products and services?
- How can they know their daily profitability?
- How to benefit from the support of a contact who knows the business world, is available, and capable of understanding their issues?
MY METHOD:
The support method I implement for business leaders is based on 4 steps
1- DIAGNOSIS: analysis of strengths and weaknesses and identification of improvement levers,
2- OBJECTIVE: calculation of cost price, margins, and establishment of financial forecasts for the activity, taking into account the company's potential,
3- STEERING: Installation of ENVOLIA management software to set objectives and steer a company with a real overall vision
4- ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION: because too often, poor administrative management pollutes the company, I provide methods and tools to optimize its administrative and accounting organization in conjunction with the company's accounting firm.
5- MONITORING AND PERMANENT SUPPORT FOR THE LEADER: implementation of a management and organizational development support contract to assist and advise the business leader on a daily basis.
