Company: Startup, a mobile application that allows student members to manage their daily lives more easily.

Position: Technical manager of a startup of 11 people, manager of 2 developers. Responsible for the "build & run" of the application, as well as all the technical aspects of the startup. Member of the Executive Committee.

Autonomy: Took over responsibility for the application entirely independently: sole technical person hired, no existing documentation, no communication possible with previous individuals in charge.

Scale up: The application triples its number of users each year, with over 65,000 active members. With the shotgun ticketing system, the application experiences peaks of over 5000 new connections in less than 2 minutes. The application was not at all adapted to this influx (significant mobile load, numerous crashes as soon as there was traffic). Significant stability and volume work was done to handle this user flow without issues: application breakdown by context, implementation of load tests on the infrastructure, production monitoring.

Technical Management: Responsible for the technical vision of the application and the company. Daily team organization. Co-construction of the product vision.

Position: Senior consultant in technical lead and agile technical coach roles. Member of the national Core Team and trainer for the "Software Engineer" practice. Involved in recruiting and onboarding new consultants. Member of the Lyon agency's consultant boards to develop agency life. Internship tutor.

Mission as Craft Coach at AGPM (Insurance for military personnel) for 1 year

- Support for an IT department of 60 developers, 7 teams, on software and backend development practices

- Implementation of libraries and utilities to assist teams: API log management, test library, error handling, CI/CD pipeline...

- Lead of the billing team, 3 developers, a Product Owner, a Scrum Master. The team's goal is to aggregate costs from each factory service, apply pricing and discount rules, and provide visual indicators and notifications.
