Julien Massari, an independent consultant specializing in hospital information systems and digital health. After several years of experience in integration, functional design, and HIS project management, I decided to go freelance to support companies in their technological innovation projects in healthcare.

– Integration of Vidal Prescription as a new prescription engine within Mediateam, replacing the historical module. – Writing specifications directly actionable by developers: FHIR paths, LOINC codes, business statuses, API structures, acceptance criteria.
– Transverse coordination with external partners (Vidal, ANS) and internal teams (security, clinical, UX), facilitation of agile rituals, scope arbitration.
– Preparation and conduct of user testing with reference establishments.
