As part of the HRIS overhaul for the Adeo group's French business units, I actively participated in various projects

within the HRIS team.

I was able to leverage different skills to successfully complete the projects:

-Implementation of committee structures

-Organization of build and transition to run in collaboration with support teams.

-Backlog management (estimation and tracking)

-Writing user stories, specifications

-JIRA management

-Use of tools: Asana / Trello / Jira / Miro etc...

-TMA monitoring

Description

January 2020 - February 2024: Product Owner within the HR-tech department

-Responsible for the skills assessment product

-Responsible for the training management product

-Participation in the development of the call for tenders, RFI/RFP, negotiations and final selection, and creation of workshops for

requirements gathering

From October 2018 to January 2020:

-Referent Organizational Project Manager for RGPD HR for Leroy Merlin France

-In charge of the expense report management project for the group

-Product Owner of the skills management application

From March 2016 to October 2018:

-Organizational Project Manager within the HRIS Pole

-Product Owner for the time and activity management tool (Sopra).

-Project to change the payroll software for all Adeo group entities with the HR Teams editor

Until March 2016:

-Store Business Organization Department

-Coordination of the electronic tag implementation project in 130 stores.

-Coordination of the store front-office tool change project.
