After more than 15 years of experience in Paris in communication, marketing, and PR for iconic fashion brands in ready-to-wear and haute couture, I am returning to my first love: the restaurant industry.
As a Mediterranean, I left a post-COVID Paris that no longer suited me for my native South and co-founded a new hybrid fish market concept in Marseille, blending restaurant and retail fish sales: La Bonne Mer.
