The BPCE project involved a CRM for managers (Natixis) to handle requests from their clients (BP, CE, HSBC, etc.).

The tool allowed for case management through configurable processing workflows, including a contact database, an incoming and outgoing communication management module (email or call), an on-demand reporting interface, and several APIs.

The application continuously evolved for 5 years.

In addition to maintenance, over 300 days of enhancements were delivered each year, and a complete overhaul (framework and database system change) was even carried out during this period.

For 5 years, I managed all aspects of the project.

As the sole point of contact for BPCE, I handled project management for all functional and technical matters:

- writing functional specifications,

- cost estimation,

- work breakdown for enhancements,

- advice and proposals for problem-solving.

From a technical standpoint, I was the technical architect for the application.

I made decisions regarding:

- technologies used,

- data model architecture,

- functional architecture for enhancements,

- API architecture.

The application development was carried out by me and a team of 2 development engineers whom I supervised.
