Julien Guilmont

Fullstack JavaScript Developer with over 15 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to participate in various projects, ranging from the creation of chat and e-commerce applications to marketing solutions. My most significant project is a chat application, which I developed from end to end, connecting clients with pre-sales advisors or after-sales service. This project was particularly close to my heart because it had to meet strict requirements in terms of scalability, speed, and stability.

For the past 6 years, I have also taken on the role of Scrum Master, where I have honed my skills in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and in management tools such as Jira, Notion, and ClickUp. I have tackled significant challenges, particularly in aligning teams, active listening, and synchronizing with external teams.

My approach to coaching and team management is based on listening, understanding, and enthusiasm. I firmly believe in the importance of pedagogy and think that humor plays a key role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

As a team coach, I am always seeking to learn and improve. I am particularly interested in how artificial intelligence can be integrated into coaching and team management processes to enhance efficiency and communication.
