My name is Julien, I am the founder of Net-Progress and I help SMEs and multi-entity groups to digitize their support or business functions by integrating artificial intelligence.

Specifically, what does that mean? I manage your IT projects from A to Z: AgentIA, automations, tool selection, deployment management, interfaces between your systems, team training. No empty slides, just concrete results that work.

My playground for the past 15 years: HRIS (payroll, talent, administrative management), invoice dematerialization, the Purchase-to-Pay cycle, and automation through AI. I have managed projects for complex groups (up to 35 legal entities, 4,000 employees), but I also work with smaller structures that need prototype tool creation or a solid project manager without internal hiring.

What sets me apart:

I speak the language of the business as well as that of the IT department. When I work with an HR Director, a CFO, or a Purchasing Director, I understand their operational constraints, not just the technical aspects. This prevents projects from ending up in a drawer.

I don't forget anything, and everything is documented and brainstormed via an AI project management agent system that I built and configure at the start of a project.
