• Study and analysis of calls for tenders on the ServiceNow solution

• Preparation of technical memorandums based on the specifications

Team management: In charge of a team of about fifteen ITSM consultants (ServiceNow, Easy Vista, MicroFocus):

• Conducting annual performance reviews with objective setting

• Monitoring consultants on assignments

• Staffing objectives for my team

• Calculation and estimation of consolidated monthly costs

• Estimation of embedded margin for N+1

Project management:

• Estimation of the time required for project completion

• Planning and organization of the project design and development phase

• Preparation of design workshop reports

• Providing solutions for various issues that could hinder the project

• Preparation and delivery of project and steering committee meetings

Key skills required: Technical knowledge, client business knowledge, combination of communication and methods, interpersonal skills.

The ServiceNow Business Integration Consultant supports clients in the evolution of their IT organization and in the design of ITSM solutions to maximize their performance. ServiceNow is a Cloud Computing service provider that enables the automation of business operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Identification and analysis of functional needs

- Qualification of gaps between client processes and the "out-of-the-box" solution

- Training on tool usage

- Writing technical and functional specifications

- Assistance with tool implementation (development, solution administration, ...)

- Implementation of IT Service Management processes
