Before choosing to become a freelancer, I worked for Kéolis Lyon on innovation issues related to user experience in public transport. Subsequently, I joined Hutchinson (Total group) to implement design thinking in a division of the group. During this period, I also participated in the structuring of the innovation unit.
Today, I support companies and schools in implementing and using various user-centered innovation approaches. This support can be for short projects (design sprints, for example) or longer projects.
