With my experience in the IT field, specifically in hosting, outsourcing, and integration, I have acquired solid technical skills through the various positions I have held during my professional career.

My technical background and diverse experiences now allow me to have a broad vision of the different components of an IT department and to manage teams of engineers.

My philosophy as a manager is to believe in people, which is why I adhere to my own motto:

"Management is 50% People and 50% Business"

Starting from the principle that without people we cannot achieve results, I prioritize the development of employees' skills so that they can thrive daily in their roles while remaining aligned with each individual's personal goals and the company's strategic ambitions.

My managerial skills primarily revolve around team building and cohesion, project management, client relations, the development of an IT service, and quality and security audits.

Seeking new challenges and wishing to advance in my professional career, my next objective is to lead a new IT department as a manager and transform it into a profit center

by leveraging various digital tools.
