A mobile application for the art market allowing users to scan a QR code to get all the information about a gallery's artworks, start a price negotiation, and proceed with the purchase via electronic payment.

In charge of the product and its technical design, I personally selected the technological partners and architected the integration of the technological components.

During my tenure, three versions of the application were delivered and used by over 1,500 users who scanned over 500 artworks from thirty art galleries.

Software development of the SaaS platform using the Drupal CMS. Implementation of functional roadmaps and task prioritization. Management of developments using AGILE methodology. Project promotion among key stakeholders (Restaurants, caterers, etc.). Community management on social media (facebook, twitter, G+).
