Still on assignment for the Vulcain Engineering group (via Infogene), I am currently working on creating two fully autonomous ecosystems aimed at eliminating manual work in two strategic areas: talent acquisition (HR) and SEO content creation (Marketing).

What I do:

HR Diffusion Automation (Teamtailor > Webflow via n8n):
Setup of automatic, bidirectional synchronization between their recruitment tool (Teamtailor) and their Webflow site.
Complete management of business logic (creation, update, archiving, and reactivation of job offers), with integration of schedulers, unit tests, and a logging system for monitoring.

Automated AI Editorial Engine (LinkedIn > Apify > Claude > Webflow):
Creation of a scraping pipeline (via Apify) to dynamically extract the company's LinkedIn posts.
Advanced integration of the Anthropic API (Claude) to transform these raw posts into SEO-optimized blog articles (content and slug generation), with Claude being particularly effective at respecting editorial nuances.
Design of a "Writing Style Configuration" module dynamically injected into prompts to ensure brand tone consistency.
Deduplication and direct publication into the Webflow CMS in a 100% autonomous manner.

Impact: Delivery of two "machines" running in the background. The HR team benefits from instant, error-free job offer dissemination, while the Marketing team has a system generating organic acquisition (SEO) on autopilot thanks to the market's most advanced AI for writing.

Architecture and integration mission carried out for the Vulcain Engineering group (subcontracted for Infogene). The objective was to completely modernize and automate their HR recruitment pipeline, from offer publication to candidate processing, by connecting their business CRM to their career site.

What I did:

Consulting & Technical Architecture: Needs audit and design of the solution architecture to securely and bidirectionally communicate Salesforce, Webflow, and HRFlow.
Workflow Development (n8n): Creation of complex scenarios on n8n to ensure real-time synchronization (automated deployment of Salesforce job postings to the Webflow CMS).
CRM Configuration (Salesforce): Direct configuration within the Salesforce environment to prepare the database for sending and receiving information via API.
Data Processing & Parsing: Implementation of a data collection system via connected forms, automated parsing of PDF CVs (via HRFlow) to structure data and send it back cleanly to the candidate profile in Salesforce.

Impact: Deployment of a "zero friction" HR ecosystem. Vulcain Engineering's recruitment team eliminated double data entry and manual document sorting, saving dozens of hours per month, with clean, centralized data in their business tool.
