I support IT projects in their framing, steering, implementation, and team upskilling.

My work revolves around three complementary areas: IT project management, professional training, and web development. I work on topics related to requirements definition, agile methods, Scrum, the V-model, functional acceptance testing, deliverable organization, and operational project monitoring.

I assist companies, schools, training organizations, students, apprentices, and professional teams with a practical, structured, and field-oriented approach. In training, I favor practical case studies, collaborative workshops, role-playing, and capstone projects that closely resemble what participants actually encounter in the workplace.

I can also get involved in the technical aspects, particularly in designing, developing, or evolving web applications and sites tailored to needs. This dual functional and technical expertise allows me to bridge the gap between business objectives, user expectations, project constraints, and the realities of development.

My goal is simple: to help projects, teams, and learners move forward with a clear, operational, and realistic vision of an IT project, taking into account priorities, risks, trade-offs, expected deliverables, and unforeseen on-the-ground issues.

As an Engagement Manager, I managed IT projects, ensuring coordination between clients, internal teams, and technical profiles. I was involved in requirements definition, progress monitoring, committee facilitation, reporting, risk management, and client satisfaction. This experience gave me a very operational perspective on delivery, client relations, and project governance.
