I support IT projects in their framing, steering, implementation, and team upskilling.

My work is structured around three complementary areas: IT project management, professional training, and web development. I focus on needs framing, agile methodologies, Scrum, V-model, functional testing, deliverable organization, and operational project monitoring.

I work with companies, schools, training organizations, students, apprentices, and professional teams, using a practical, structured, and field-oriented approach. In training, I prioritize practical case studies, collaborative workshops, role-playing, and capstone projects that closely resemble what participants encounter in their professional lives.

I can also contribute on the technical side, particularly in designing, developing, or evolving web applications and sites tailored to specific needs. This dual functional and technical expertise allows me to bridge the gap between business objectives, user expectations, project constraints, and the realities of development.

My goal is simple: to help projects, teams, and learners move forward with a clear, operational, and realistic vision of an IT project, taking into account priorities, risks, trade-offs, expected deliverables, and unforeseen field challenges.

As an Engagement Manager, I managed IT projects by ensuring coordination between clients, internal teams, and technical profiles. I was involved in needs framing, progress tracking, committee facilitation, reporting, risk management, and client satisfaction. This experience provided me with a very operational view of delivery, client relations, and project governance.
