Your teams want to use AI agents but no one knows where to start. Or worse: everyone has started, each in their own corner.

I intervene before the integrator. I work with your business teams to identify viable use cases, I prototype them in real conditions, and I deliver the functional and technical elements that your service provider can rely on.

My method: Esquisse, an AI prototyping method accessible to all, unique, effective, tested. In workshops, non-developers build their own AI applications with business workflows, tool use, multi-model orchestration, and code execution. Over 500 professionals have used it, including BNP Paribas and Michelin.

I code, I work with the APIs of major models, and I build my own AI tools in production. This allows me to prototype what your businesses imagine in a format that your developers can adopt. I remain available during the implementation phase for technical decisions.

These workshops also highlight real adoption issues: shadow AI without a framework, juniors prompting instead of learning the business, teams divided between enthusiasts and skeptics.

I help management establish a framework that takes these realities into account.
