Data analysis mission for regulatory statements within the Management Control team:

• Analysis of regulatory statements (QRT and ENS): prioritization of statements to process (liabilities statements)

• MACSF data audit: gap analysis between regulatory and group data, data classification by domain and sub-domain, creation of a data dictionary

• Project Management: monitoring and facilitation of COSUI and business workshops, contribution to risk and regulatory committee support.

MOA project management mission within the Treasury MOA team (from requirements expression phase to production deployment):

• Kyriba Interfaces project management and coordination: setting up business workshops, co-facilitating steering committees, acceptance testing monitoring, cutover and post-deployment monitoring

• Deliverable writing: writing procedures and formalizing 5 functional specifications, treasury portfolio management choice file, test strategy support, acceptance test plan, cutover strategy.

Mission within the DEDT team:

- Cash Management Trajectory project management and coordination, establishing data governance: gathering business needs, scoping group cash management flows (SCT, SDD, payment, check flows), facilitating business workshops, and updating Functional Specifications

- Data analysis: writing data dictionary, creating mapping tables for integration into a data lake.
