Description

Active since 1997 in the web and communication industry, in the process of retraining (from pure and hard web to photography, which I have been practicing for about ten years), I am currently available as a freelancer for the creation of websites or shooting mainly in the following themes: cultural and sporting events, corporate, real estate / architecture.

Depending on the nature of the project, I can also intervene as a digital expert, through a vision and transversal skills:

- Upstream, on strategic aspects, assistance to project management, choice of service provider, audit or advice, through constant monitoring and reflection on the evolution of techniques and uses.

My long professional experience (+ 25 years), whether on the side of project management - within local "web-agencies" but also in large national ESNs - or on the side of project management, on the business side, has led me to be confronted with numerous problems and contexts on which I have been able to express my analytical and synthesis skills in the search for the most suitable solutions.

- In graphic creation, through my artistic background (plastic arts), in the definition and realization of a fair and quality image, able to enhance your activity or your brand.

- In front-end integration (CSS, HTML5, responsive design), implementation and configuration of CMS / E-commerce platforms (Drupal, Wordpress) or specific developments (PHP) in the guarantee of compliance with standards and the use of the latest open technologies.

Finally, in 2017 I passed the OPQUAST certification and obtained the "Expert" level with 925 points.

In addition to the classic missions of supporting the MOA, the TMA / MCO actions of the numerous platforms and digital tools, I intervene more intensively on three distinct mission perimeters:

- Urbanization of the IS in the face of increasing demands for putting online websites with a dominant editorial. In this context, I set up a "site factory" facilitating deployments, greatly reducing maintenance times and rationalizing technical bases. I also support the communication service teams in taking control of the new features of the CMS (WordPress) in an FSE configuration

- The overhaul of the display system (signage) ensuring the dissemination of information messages on physical terminals arranged on the various UT sites. Following an initial benchmarking phase, I replace the system used so far with the Xibo Signage solution. Adaptation of hardware / network parts in collaboration with the infra team and configuration of the software part (CMS, layouts, players...). Training of the communication service to the new software concepts and the methods of feeding the CMS.

- Continuation of MOA assistance for the European and International Relations Department (DREI) in the context of the MEP of the new version of the Toul'box, the platform intended to facilitate the installation of students and teacher-researchers in Toulouse. With a view to developing the offer in franchise mode, 2024 sees the internal takeover of the project and future developments (v2). I ensure project management in connection with the DREI, while being present in support of developers on integration and development aspects (Drupal / Symfony).

Brief stint at Inetum on the "Pulse LotB" project, CNES client.

Having reached the end of my 3-year contract at the University of Toulouse, I have the choice between continuity or discovering new horizons. I finally opt for the second option by accepting a project manager position in a large ESN - INETUM - in the stimulating perspective of working for the CNES client on a vast TMA / MCO market covering numerous web applications / platforms.

An enriching and instructive experience even if the combination of several logistical and personal factors ultimately lead me to shorten it by making the difficult choice to break my trial period.
