The chances of a product's success largely depend on effective communication and robust work methods. In this regard, I collaborated with Dedomainia as a software engineer to contribute to the sharing and improvement of these practices.

Within the team, I particularly emphasized the importance of retrospectives. In my opinion, they are a real catalyst for continuous improvement.

I also contributed to building a center of technical excellence by implementing "one-hour learning" sessions. These moments fostered the exchange of practices, facilitated communication between software engineers, and strengthened skills, both individually and collectively.

Finally, I paid close attention to the distinction between expressed demands and real needs, working to refine the former to identify the latter, and thus propose truly adapted solutions.

Wishing to contribute to projects related to quality of life at work, I oriented myself towards the Human Resources field.

Within a small team, we built a way of working in close collaboration with business teams to co-create adapted solutions together and prioritize the value delivered.

We progressively implemented practices that fostered strong collaboration and a high level of technical expertise, particularly through Ensemble Programming and particular attention to decoupling architectures. This allowed us to design a library of reusable components for data collection, transformation, and storage. This library significantly improved our development times.

Finally, we established a "One Hour Learning" ritual to strengthen our skills and autonomy in practices such as Clean Code, Test Driven Development, design patterns, and continuous integration.

Particular attention was paid to structuring and publishing source data, by modeling it and making it more accessible to facilitate its reuse for future needs.
