• Regular synchronization with management on the transformation's progress.

• Leading Arkéa's agile transformation: Designing and implementing a tailor-made Agile Framework (OPE), adapted to the organization's specific needs

• Structuring and documenting key roles: Creating reference frameworks for essential roles (Top Management, Product Manager, Product Owner, Agile and at-scale Facilitator, Business Owner, Agile Team Members, etc.)

• Deploying the transformation across 5 Factories (equivalent to SAFe trains): Coaching over 500 professionals covering all agile roles

• Implementing framing tools and guides: Designing innovative tools to accelerate mastery of agile rituals, manage 'capacity to deliver', assess the environment in which teams are transforming to identify areas for improvement, and much more

• Training and skill development: Developing and delivering practical training (20% theory, 80% practice) with Serious Games, immersive workshops, and experimentation with immediately actionable tools

• Strategic monitoring and continuous improvement: Collaborating with top management to ensure the sustainability of change and adjust strategy based on field feedback.
