Member of the PPO Train architecture team (SAFe), composed of 6 architects, responsible for defining the roadmap and supporting the migration of the monolithic on-premise Legacy SI to a microservices architecture hosted on AWS cloud.

Lead architect for the Phenix project, connecting point-of-sale betting terminals to the new SI.

Contribution to the enrichment of Sales SI functionalities for adaptation to new game and distribution servers, for offer broadcasting, and for account operation management.

Missions:

- Map the SI and propose a modernization roadmap

- Conduct architectural studies for functional and technical evolutions

- Support the development teams

Achievements:

- Replacement of the internal ERP with a SAGE FRP 1000 solution

- Modularization of the in-person training management tool using the SOA pattern

- Integration of SAAS partners for attendance and learner satisfaction dematerialization needs

- POC of an alternative reporting solution based on QlikSense

- Evolution of the diploma management system for integration with EDOF/CPF platform

Context:

Development within the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance of a multi-brand, worldwide cloud platform for Connected Services.

Missions:

- Conduct architectural studies for User, Notification & Services domains

- Design APIs for microservices

- Support development teams on technical and implementation choices

- Contribute to establishing a best practices repository and communicating it to tech leads

Achievements:

- Evolution and integration of the Stolen Vehicle Tracking service with new partners (Europe, Russia, and Latin America)

- Introduction of new services: Smart Charging, FOTA (Firmware Over The Air)

- Application compliance with data privacy aspects (GDPR)

- Redesign of message exchange flows for customer notifications

- Outside the scope of the mission: development of a NodeJS tool for the validation/integration team
