As Lead Developer within an international team based in Romania (4 developers, 1 PO), I am managing the design and development of a Blazor Backoffice application for internal incident management. Communication and rituals are entirely in English.

Architecture & Development: Software architecture, development of reusable Blazor components, code reviews (PRs). Daily technical support and team mentoring.

AI-assisted development: Setting up the Claude Code environment for the team: configuring project rules (claude.md, agent.md, .claude/rules), defining guidelines for AI usage, and training on daily adoption.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Conducting technical interviews and training new joiners.

Coordination & CI/CD: Coordinating with product and infrastructure teams. Improving CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.

Within the Offer team (5 developers, 1 lead dev, 1 PO), I contributed to the design and development of core business features related to credit offerings.

Development of .NET microservices, creation of reusable NuGet packages, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines in YAML to automate deployments.

Bug fixing and enhancements on existing applications, production monitoring, and technical support. Estimating features and presenting technical solutions (frontend/backend) to the team.

Active participation in backend developer recruitment: conducting interviews and evaluating technical tests.

Within the ALMT – Treasury ALM team (14 people), I participated in the design and development of a web application dedicated to the management of pre-trade and post-trade operations.

Development of .NET microservices, implementation of unit tests to ensure the reliability of financial processing. Monitoring deliveries and coordinating with business teams to ensure the conformity of delivered features.
