From day one, I dove into action: mass CV screening, targeted headhunting, calls, interviews...
I spent my days identifying those with the energy, rigor, and passion to represent the brand in the field.

100 interviews.
Each candidate advanced was prepared, coached, and challenged. I acted as the link between candidates, managers, and regional objectives. Each week, I provided clear insights to stay on track and adjust the strategy.
