Carrying out consulting, construction management, and project steering missions for tertiary and industrial projects:

• Scoping, structuring, and feasibility of projects, stakeholder coordination, and decision support,

• Steering needs and drafting functional and technical specifications,

• Monitoring projects during the operational phase and managing interfaces with users, landlords, and operators

• Integrating sustainability, circularity, and carbon footprint principles into project considerations and objectives

Projects supported: tertiary building restructuring / production unit revamping / business building extension / health center renovation / final acceptance phase steering of a tertiary building / school group renovation / workplace project / integrated logistics operation management / multi-site project management

Steering a portfolio of 10 to 12 operations in conjunction with the client, contractors, and service providers.

• Managing and leading a team of 5 to 7 construction managers

• Coordinating external stakeholders (project management, engineering consultants, building surveyors, etc.) and managing interfaces between internal teams, project partners, and the client

• Leading the technical, electrical, and plumbing (TCE) aspects of operations from the design phase to acceptance, with operational, technical, financial, and contractual monitoring

• Guaranteeing cost, deadline, execution quality, regulatory, and architectural compliance objectives

• Anticipating and managing risks, technical arbitration, and sensitive issues during operations

• Weekly reporting to the client and participation in steering committees / steering groups

• Supporting commissioning, acceptance procedures, deliveries, snagging list monitoring, and post-completion warranty

• Participating in the structuring and development of the MOEX subsidiary, process optimization, and research and integration of monitoring and steering tools

Reference for the MOEX subsidiary for the implementation of an ESG approach and operational monitoring of initiatives
