Context:Payment service via QR code and NFC (B2B2C)

Constraints:Issues specific to thebanking sector(Credit risk, AML-CFT, KYC, compliance, etc.) as well as IT issues (processing customer information and data with the bank's IS, API requests to external providers...), all in order to provide a quality product for end-users (UX and digital marketing to be considered).

Role:My role was cross-functional (PO/PM/MOA) and my technical and product sensibility, as well as my appetite for fintechs (traditional banks, digital banks, neo-banks, etc.) allowed me to best support the business teams and move the project forward in thedematerialized paymentecosystem.

This experience reinforced my interest in fintechs and allowed me to gain more experience in the banking sector.

I support all types of companies, on a one-time or recurring basis, to help them grow and structure themselves. The digitalization of an activity, total or partial, is a lever that yields very interesting results for relatively small efforts, when the right actions are taken. I also work on information systems, data processing, digital marketing, team management, or by offering adapted training (soft skills - hard skills). I combine my technical skills and my digital project manager role with my human and managerial qualities to successfully complete the projects entrusted to me. I work mainly remotely, but also in person when the situation requires and allows. I can adapt to the client's environment and working methods (Agile, SCRUM, Lean, or more traditional methods) and can also suggest and propose improvements if they fall within the scope assigned to me.

I organize the production of online training courses (E-learning) for the platform and plan their publication.

I am involved from start to finish in project management, including selecting, prioritizing, and managing relationships with coaches and experts, working with pre-production and production teams to create quality content, and then integrating it into the platform and managing communication.

As a digital project manager, I operate in 4 languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, both written and spoken), with various collaborator profiles to deliver quality content to the user, both in terms of substance and form.

I help coaches and trainers to showcase themselves and to adapt to the video format, which has become essential in the information age.

I influence and guide editorial and marketing choices, as well as the platform's evolution.

I strive for the satisfaction of clients and end-users who will consume the content.
