Control of a complete environment: AV2 automaton, Yamaha DM2000 audio matrix, Ascender 32 LE – 4K video processor, vMix, Stream Deck, Panasonic and BirdDog PTZ cameras. Technical organization of internal events, coordination with trade teams, GMAO reporting (preventive and corrective maintenance), and proposals for audiovisual infrastructure evolution.

Supervision and coordination of live broadcasts on Pebble Automation: real-time management of broadcast schedules, launches, transitions, and control room switchovers. Monitoring of on-air feeds, multiplexes, and satellite feeds, coordination with editorial, production, and sound/video control room teams. Quality control of signals before broadcast: checking audio and video levels, timecodes, synchronization, and integration of on-air elements. Importing, preparing, and validating schedules in conjunction with Canal+ editorial teams. Processing of secondary pads: logos, graphics, subtitles, VOD content, and branding elements. Media transfer management via Media Hub, asset tracking, and inter-departmental coordination. Writing and tracking incident reports, corrective actions in coordination with technical and broadcast teams. Ensuring broadcast continuity and managing disaster recovery for Canal+ France and Canal+ group channels.

Operation and coordination of live and pre-recorded audiovisual productions in an auditorium (300 seats), modular rooms, and outdoor shoots. Operation of Sony broadcast cameras, Sony BRC-700 / BRC-1000 PTZ cameras, and Panasonic AW UE150 cameras, managing Kahuna and Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel video switchers. Multi-camera directing using Ascender 32 LE – 4K video processors and monitoring of video feeds in the control room. Technical and artistic coordination of live recordings, videoconferences, and streaming broadcasts (Cisco Codec systems). Configuration and routing of audiovisual and network signals (copper, fiber, RJ45). Management and implementation of audio systems: wired and wireless microphones, consoles, speakers, mobile broadcasting systems. Directing, branding, and camera operation for institutional events: PFUE, French Tech, Infraweek, Ambition Africa, and other official conferences. Supervision of conference room operations and Extron matrices. Technical supervision of press conferences and ministerial addresses broadcast via Globecast. Multi-camera recording of concerts for internal broadcast and social media.
