Architect for the implementation of a redesign of the legal aid management software. UNCA is an association that federates the Carpas which itself takes care of the payment of funds paid to lawyers.

The goal was to define a technical architecture and an organization of development workflows:

• Definition and initialization of a "Clean" DDD architecture based on use cases.

• Implementation of TDD development.

• Implementation of continuous deployment with AzureDevops.

Following my role as CTO within the company IOGA, I work part-time as a Freelancer for the development and MCO of the application.

I manage the technical teams located in Vietnam and participate in the development of new features, particularly in the field of generative AI for the automated creation of questions on a given subject

Co-founder and CTO of the company IOGA. IOGA is a company whose goal is to help share knowledge within companies through video. It facilitates the capture of knowledge and uses AI to suggest the right videos. As CTO, I participated in the development of the product, I defined and implemented the architecture, developed and maintained the solution:

• Deployment and maintenance of the infrastructure on AWS with terraform scripts.

• Definition of the "Clean" architecture and development of the back end in asp.net webapi and use of AWS managed services

(mainly ECS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, Cognito, MediaConvert).

• Front end developed in vue.js and served by AWS Cloud Front for video capture and viewing. I also developed

a post-production part with video cutting and insertion of dressing elements.

• Native Android application with the Kotlin language.

• Implementation of AI models for transcription (open ai Whisper) and calculation of recommended videos (BERT).

The central point is the recording and broadcasting of videos from a browser. This requires technical optimization and costs in order to make the project viable.

I also managed the freelancers who participated in the development.
