I joined La Française des Jeux as part of a project to modernize and industrialize digital content management tools. The mission was part of an environment with high stakes for performance, maintainability, and UI consistency, with significant needs for rapid deployment of marketing and editorial pages. I worked within a technical team focused on digital products, in close collaboration with UX/UI, marketing, and business teams. The main objective was to design a robust and flexible custom CMS, enabling non-technical teams to effectively manage content while ensuring a high level of front-end quality.
