I have worked for 11 years for various large companies in the Lille metropolitan area as a contractor for the IT services company ProxiAD Nord. I then decided to continue my adventure as an independent since 2019.
I am currently looking for missions in Java / JavaScript environments, back-end and/or front-end. You can contact me if you have needs in design/development for:
- starting a new application project: web front-end, back-end API, database, ...
- adding and fixing a set of features on an existing project
- challenging architecture and technology choices through a prototype/POC

I particularly appreciate teams:
- working with an agile methodology, for example SCRUM for which I was trained and obtained a certification (PSM 1)
- emphasizing quality and non-regression of developments through unit tests and integration tests
- using continuous integration: SVN, GIT, Jenkins, ...

- "contract first" approach: we first agree on the services and their input/output formats in a format close to the documentation
- queries to a SQL database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, ...) or NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB, ...)
Implementation of APIs in Java, the language I have practiced the most:
- code generation from the API contract
- deployed on a "classic" server (JBoss / Tomcat) or on an embedded server (Springboot)
- accessible, user-friendly, and testable documentation (Swagger)
- use of frameworks: Spring, Apache, Liquibase...
