I created the consulting agency Patrimoine éditorial. I help executives and web marketers transform their online content into a genuine asset, a source of traffic and sustainable business. I provide my clients with my experience in online content, both from the perspective of natural referencing performance and business value, as I have held both roles previously. I have developed a unique methodology, integrating semantic analysis and competitive benchmarking on one hand, with analysis of existing assets and budget constraints on the other, to produce an original, relevant, and realistic action plan for the real world in which my clients operate. I created hREF, a web-focused editorial agency, one of the first in France: 10 employees managing a network of over 500 writers, translators, graphic designers, and videographers. This network enriched the content of over 1000 clients (major accounts, e-commerce, online services, agencies...). I developed numerous work methods to produce more effective content, as well as tools for diagnostics and recommendations prior to the actual editorial production. These methods and tools now serve me in my strategic analyses. I sold hREF in 2022.
