After a mixed career in logistics and Supply Chain consulting firms, pure players (Savoye SA for warehouse mechanization and Panalpina for supply chain management), and a retail company (Vente-privee), I created my own consulting and project management company 7 years ago for mechanized or non-mechanized supply chain and logistics projects in the luxury, retail, or industrial sectors.
My expertise in project management combined with my technical skills (network study, warehouse layout, warehouse mechanization, IT infrastructure, WMS and WCS implementation of customer activities with 3PL and 4PL) allow me to offer unique support for dimensioning and platform design issues, as well as AMOA for monitoring the execution of these development projects.
