- Project Management: As a seasoned project manager, I have acquired significant experience in managing complex international projects. From needs analysis to solution design and implementation, through to operation, I am comfortable in all phases of the IT project lifecycle. - Management: With a successful track record in team management, I have supervised teams ranging from 5 to 20 consultants. Recruitment, weekly task monitoring, client billing management, as well as the implementation of action plans to improve the efficiency and productivity of my teams. I have also demonstrated my internal and external communication skills, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and respond effectively.

- Data Science: By actively participating in the creation of a data scientist competence center, I contributed to the implementation of high-performance data analysis solutions using TIBCO-Spotfire and Business Objects tools. Thanks to my proactive approach and collaborative spirit, I was able to meet business needs by identifying key high-value data.

- Sales: As President of a micro-enterprise during my studies and through my internships in business engineering, I developed expertise in sales and customer relations. I also collaborated with business engineers to ensure optimal alignment between consultant profiles and client needs. Increased satisfaction and sales.
