In charge of managing the technical team that develops a whitelabel NFT Marketplace, I am responsible for hiring talents including developers, DevOps, and QA engineers, up to 10 people. Using Agile Scrum and Kanban across different projects and features, I work with the technical team to define the architecture of the platform and the best ways to utilize frameworks and libraries and also work closely with the product team to define and translate requirements into stories.
