If Conway's Law states that the organization of a company determines the design of the software and systems it creates, then organizational transformation only makes sense if it is accompanied by its technical counterpart, and vice versa. As an Agile Coach (in the original sense of the title of the Agile Manifesto for *Software Development*), I therefore do not conceive of the transformation process without emphasizing software quality, which will directly determine the ability to deliver quickly (and obtain feedback), a necessary condition, along with its measurement, for adaptation within the three areas of my intervention: organization, product, and technology.

In terms of organization, I rather support those for whom clear vision sharing at all levels, the right to autonomy and experimentation (and therefore to error), and their measurement are objectives to be achieved.

In terms of product and software (because while the three areas are linked, these two maintain a constant dialogue), I intervene around concepts such as:

- Explicit business domain (ubiquitous language, ATDD/BDD)

- Backlog management (practice and tooling)

- UX

- CI/CD (deliver often, quickly, validate remaining hypotheses without regression phases, and reduce time-to-market)

- and all notions of software craftsmanship, prerequisites for "operational software" such as, among others, DDD, hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, or TDD (which, with BDD, will enable the emergence of "Living Documentation")

On these topics, I support teams and individuals through mentoring and facilitation: convinced that playful instinct and concrete practice are keys to learning, I am a proponent of serious games and workshops in my approach to coaching and training!
