I have managed B2B SaaS products, complex platforms, and web and mobile applications, in technical, regulated (GDPR), and multi-stakeholder environments. I intervene when a product is no longer scaling, when a legacy system needs to be redeveloped without putting the business at risk, or when the product function lacks structure and clarity. I am also called upon when the alignment between business, tech, and users has degraded and is blocking decision-making.

I take charge of all or part of the product cycle: clarification of vision and business objectives, field discovery, prioritization, realistic roadmap, and delivery management with local or distributed teams. I also work on product processes and team upskilling.

My approach is factual and no-nonsense, grounded in real-world usage, technical constraints, and business reality. I have worked in complex sectors such as automotive, adtech, and healthtech.

I act as a Senior PM, Lead PM, or Product Director, as a freelancer or in interim management, for product launch, product redesign, or product organization structuring missions. I integrate quickly, establish a clear framework, and leave the product and team stronger than when I arrived.
