∙ Multi-channel prospecting (phone, emails, LinkedIn) and closing

∙ Conducting client meetings: needs assessment, offer presentation, negotiation, and contract signing

∙ Portfolio development through active networking

HR Scaling:

∙ Structuring the recruitment process and managing over 30 recruitments

∙ Implementing a candidate acquisition strategy (sourcing, qualification, closing)

RPO mission within UNOWHY, a digital solutions provider (high-value-added content, services, and multimedia products).

∙ Structuring and optimizing the IT recruitment process in a scale-up context.

∙ Coordination with managers to define needs, prioritize job openings, and ensure a reliable candidate pipeline.
