Convinced that an organization's greatest strength lies in its people, I am committed to identifying and implementing the appropriate tools to maximize their well-being and, consequently, their performance. It is essential to give (re)meaning, direction, and vision, and to communicate effectively.

My entire professional journey within major international distribution groups and consular establishments has allowed me to develop and acquire the necessary skills for human support within organizations. In parallel, convinced that techniques are constantly evolving, I engage in continuous training, particularly in coaching tools (active listening, NLP, positive psychology, transactional analysis, systemic approaches...).

I offer tailor-made support for the challenges entrusted to me, using an intuitive and creative approach.
