- Utilize tools like Notion, ClickUp, and Gantt charts to manage up to 30 launches, reformulations, or technology transfers.

- Create detailed timelines and determine appropriate tests (compatibility, challenge test, HRIPT, efficacy, SPF/actives).

- Maintain a list of never-to-use ingredients to respect client needs.

- Collaborate with manufacturers, supply chain, packaging, and other teams.

- Develop SOPs to optimize operations.

BRAND ENGAGEMENT

- Conduct training for sales teams.

- Participate in industry discussions and manage public feedback.

- Interact with consumers during live sessions and shows.

REGULATION

- Register products (cosmetics, OTC, NHP) for US (MoCRA) and international markets.

- Select and deploy regulatory software, collaborate with SaaS providers (Good Face, Coptis, Novi, Smart Formulator)

- Obtain certifications (COSMOS Organic, EWG).

- Create ingredient lists, allergen calculations, and artwork for global compliance.

- Translate texts into French.

QUALITY CONTROL & ANALYSIS

- Develop investigation plans for quality issues.

- Collaborate with partners to effectively resolve quality concerns.

🔬 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

- Launch of two products from A to Z: market analysis, ideation, writing development briefs, selecting and managing partners (laboratories, manufacturers), formula approval, monitoring regulatory and efficacy tests, toxicological review, creation and validation of Product Information Files (PIF).
