Maaè is a platform that simplifies administrative procedures in France. As the Product Manager for the project, I led the design of the solution from end to end, defining the product vision, scoping the needs, and orchestrating the various expertise.

My goal: to offer a clear, fluid, and accessible user experience. I designed a Design and Content System aligned with Maaè's Tone and Voice, built the UI Kit, and oversaw the design of key interfaces (Dashboard, onboarding journeys). I also contributed my UX Writing expertise to ensure inclusive and engaging language.

Thanks to this global approach combining product strategy, design, and content, Maaè now offers intuitive navigation, consistent design, and clear communication, fostering user engagement and satisfaction.
