Completing my psychopratician training, I underwent a two-year comprehensive program focused on psychological well-being.

This course included practical field experience in an organization and in-depth work on attachment bonds and anxieties.

Today, I support adults and children in a space of listening, trust, and respect, where everyone can express themselves freely and progress at their own pace.

Coordination and operational monitoring of the PEDT (Territorial Educational Project) in collaboration with management: steering of TPS/CM2 transitions, clarification of ATSEM roles

Support for the pedagogical manager: legal watch, administrative file monitoring for sector pedagogical coordinators, agenda management

Management of administrative and regulatory files for institutional partners (CAF, DRAJES)

Contribution to the development of the opening file for a new school in conjunction with the teaching department

Liaison between pedagogical management, sector coordinators, and municipal services

Manages a team of 6 heads of childcare facilities. Validates and monitors staff leave, develops projects in line with political orientations, works in partnership with city services, recruits animators and leisure center managers. Supports trainees.
