When you have a company with less than €10 million in revenue, you don't need someone to give you good ideas, you need someone to help you implement them.

My partner and I are graduates of Arts et Métiers, and we've been working in project management for 6 years.

On my end, I started in construction, at Bouygues Construction. I first held the position of Methods Engineer where I participated in defining all the resources necessary for the execution of a project (human, material, organizational...). I then moved to the construction site as a Site Engineer where, in addition to leveraging my previous experience, I learned to manage daily risks, human resources, and quality control.

My partner, on the other hand, started as a Financial Analyst at General Electric and is now Operations Director for a fast-growing startup.

We work together on a spectrum ranging from strategizing with you to implementing the final process.

Beyond my experience in a very large company, I've been able to leverage my project management skills for a weekly scientific podcast "Podcast Science" which has 3 million listens and over 300 episodes.

I am currently working on several projects, including setting up recruitment assistance for a consulting firm with €2.5 million in revenue.

- Automation of the first interview phase for candidate pre-selection

- Assistance in defining needs with the company's CEO (what do we want to test)

- Implementation in the software to make the process as user-friendly as possible

- Management of results by email to facilitate review
