For over a decade, I have passionately immersed myself in the captivating world of well-being.

In 2025, I am dedicated to protecting students in aesthetics schools by initiating the creation of a multidisciplinary collective that will be responsible for intervening within the aesthetics sector to prevent SGBV within schools and internship sites. For 3 years I have been aauthor of educational bookson a freelance basis. These books are intended for schools in the Aesthetics and Cosmetics sector in France and Quebec.

Over the past two years, I have had the immense opportunity, as a volunteer in the United States, to accompany people at the end of their lives in their transition, providing light well-being care. An absolutely overwhelming experience during which I was able to observe in moments of extreme vulnerability, all the power of simple presence, benevolent touch, and compassion. I was able to measure the importance of attention paid to the present moment and to the Other with whom we share the space of a unique instant.

My varied background has allowed me to explore other facets of this field: as an aesthetics teacher, trainer/facilitator for cosmetic companies, or even a well-being care practitioner.

I love the duality of this field, which can be perceived both as pleasant and light, and also its much more vital and almost instinctive aspect when it comes to using well-being care to refocus on the essential, strengthen self-esteem, make peace with one's body, relieve and take care.
