• Coordination, proofreading, publication, and promotion of the Maître magazine, a quarterly publication for the legal profession.

• Development of communication materials: brief taking, recommendations, project monitoring.

• Press & public relations (press releases, press review, monitoring)

• Editorial support for the "Blog #MAJ" on the anafagc.fr website, creation of the external newsletter;

• Events: participation in major professional events

• Community management (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Hootsuite)

• Website management

• COVID-19 crisis management: implementation of daily multi-channel communications to our clients (blog, emailing, social networks) Internal communication:

• Development of internal communication within the structure: intranet management & improvement, internal newsletter creation, event coordination…

• Employer brand development: organization and/or participation in events, development of the "network culture", implementation of 2.0 ambassadors, training...

• Creation of materials for employees (practical guides, infographics, tutorials, videos...)

Within the Human Resources Department, I was responsible for various missions:

• Participation in the redesign of the careers website: project monitoring and content creation

• Responsible for the communication of the careers website: enrichment with editorial content and creation/monitoring of communication materials

• Organization of events in which the Employer Brand participates throughout the year (Course Croisière Edhec, Salon de l'Etudiant, Salon Jeunes D'Avenirs...);

• Development of the brand ambassador network.
