My professional background is unconventional. I started in the beauty sector, holding positions as an aesthetician and cosmetics salesperson, before transitioning to human resources. This change allowed me to hold various roles in HR, from HR consulting to management positions such as HR Business Partner and HR Director, primarily in the non-profit, social, and medico-social sectors. I managed the HR for companies ranging from 150 to 450 employees, supervising teams of 2 to 10 people.

For over a year, I have been working as an independent HR consultant and certified professional coach. This new venture allows me to be closely involved with organizations' needs, whether for daily HR issues or more specific support.

My added value lies in the experience I have gained both operationally and strategically, thanks to management positions as an active member of executive committees. I offer a generalist HR vision, and my goal is to support companies in complying with HR regulations and ensuring harmonious relations with their employees. Trained in professional coaching, I adopt an appropriate posture and questioning technique that enables leaders, in particular, to gain perspective on certain situations.
