My last 15 years can be summarized by maximum involvement within a merchants' association.

Starting with prospecting, event management, communication, and sales tasks, I had the opportunity, after 8 years, to move into the position of General Manager to handle all administrative, financial, and managerial aspects of the organization.

An incredible challenge rich with encounters from all walks of life. I managed this association like my own home, with **rigor, ardor, but also with all my heart**.

Dozens of members have told me they feel overwhelmed by the administrative work, the demands, and the versatility that entrepreneurship entails.
