I am a DPO certified by the CNIL (DPO Certificate/22-5213661) and I offer you GDPR support as an external DPO for your company.

Initially, I am at your service to verify your GDPR compliance through an audit, in order to implement an action plan to manage your compliance with the European regulation (review of existing documentation, mapping of processing activities, maintenance of records, development of deliverables, drafting of procedures, etc.).

In addition to being the external contact point for the CNIL, I implement procedures to facilitate the exercise of data subject rights.

Secondly, I intervene to make this compliance sustainable over time.

We establish regular consultation with operational staff and the CISO to provide advice on new data processing activities, particularly through the development of impact assessments for sensitive projects (PIA).

Then, we secure upstream through regular staff awareness of personal data processing issues (data privacy watch, annual training).

- Management of the private deed unit with signature authority for company deeds subject to Registration (articles of association, transfers of shares and business assets, pledges, etc.)

- Primary contact for complex tax deed projects

- Maintenance of the department's daily accounting

- Management: managing a team of six people, reporting to management

- Contact person for the CCIN (CNIL equivalent) for the department's GDPR compliance, implementation of processing sheets and PIAs

- Account analysis (KYC/KYB, legal file, financial flows)

- Presentation of risky relationships (PEP, CRA) to the bank's committees

- Legal support to the DPO for GDPR compliance (processing sheets, legal research) and internal training for the bank's various bodies
