Support for the DFO Executive Committee team in organizing their annual management seminar

- Facilitation of several working sessions with the Executive Committee (6)

- Support in defining objectives and deliverables

- Design of the seminar agenda and definition of necessary inputs and materials

- Structuring of a shared workspace

- Production of a scoping document, an agenda, and facilitation materials

- Support for the Executive Committee in producing inputs

- Management of the relationship & logistical aspects with the venue

- Site visit / scouting

- Setup the day before

- Facilitation of 2 seminar days, on September 25th and October 1st

- Capture of outputs

- Immediate debrief with the Executive Committee

- Sharing of outputs & a reporting document,

- Collection of feedback & anchoring of participant projections via online questionnaire

- Cold debrief meeting and planning of next steps with the Executive Committee
