Du beurre dans leurs épinards is a general interest association that supports students in difficulty through the distribution of food and essential products.

As the sole full-time employee on the project, and supported by the Board for strategic decisions, I manage the various aspects of the association's life:

- Operational organization of food distributions

- Prospecting brands for in-kind donations

- Fundraising from public and private sources

- Communication: website and social media management, content creation

- Volunteer community management

- Organization and facilitation of solidarity Team Buildings for companies

- Logistics: delivery management, storage space management

- Partnership development

- Deployment of ancillary projects

L'Abri Cocoon is an association that offers urban shelters for homeless people. These shelters are temporary stepping stones and are coupled with social support towards a stable accommodation or housing solution. Missions:

- Management of the deployment of five shelters in Paris

- Coordination of all partners and communication with stakeholders

- Mobilization of a volunteer network

- Project communication

- Preparation for project development

- Reception shifts for future beneficiaries of food aid

- Food distributions

- Outreach patrols

- First aid missions
